An online session on developing products and services to meet customers’ needs and expectations by using creative problem-solving approach.
Customer satisfaction is the key to a successful business. Everything you do impacts your customers’ experience and their decision to return as a customer or not.
Digitalization is putting a lot of pressure on companies to change their ways of working to satisfy their customers needs. To be able to create outstanding customer experiences you need to be able to put yourself into your customer’s shoes and understand your customer’s feelings.
In this session you’ll learn how to use a creative problem-solving approach when developing your products and services to meet your customers’ needs and expectations best. We’ll share practical examples and success stories of companies that applied these methods to create better customer experiences.
The session will be hosted by Hesam Pakbeen, a passionate designer specialised in UX and Service Design. He has worked for over 15 years in diverse fields having a broad experience from product design, information technology to sustainability, and hospitality industry. He is currently doing his doctoral studies focusing on the relation between design and future technologies.
