Every company selling, importing or exporting products or other goods needs to plan their logistics well and to find the best solution to manage the flow of goods between the manufacturer, the warehouse/store and the customers.

– Logistics as a competitive advantage
– Practical examples on logistics models for dropshipping, e-commerce, importing and exporting.
Please note that we’re not covering regulations and legal aspects of import/export business or taxation issues in this session.
